GSB and WMM for the sub-base and base. The 40mm, 20mm and 10mm fractions for bituminous and concrete work. Dust and fines off the same machine. Moving between them is decks and settings, not a second plant.

Decks are set against the MoRTH grading written into your contract, with samples drawn at commissioning and at intervals after. Screens blind. When they do the grading drifts quietly, and it should surface in our sampling before it surfaces in your quality engineer's.

Crusher dust earns its keep as fine aggregate and as manufactured sand wherever the specification allows. A yard buried under unsold fines has nowhere to stack the sizes you did order, and that ends up priced into somebody's rate.

That is what actually leaves the plants, not what six of them could produce flat out. One 250 TPH plant on two shifts holds 25,000 to 30,000 MT in a month, so the ceiling is higher; monsoon weeks, relocations and packages that do not need a plant's full output are the difference. The figure to plan against is the per-plant one.

Calibrated bridges at the plants. What the bridge records is what appears on the bill, and the docket travels with the load instead of following it a month later.
