Why we carry the standing cost
Iron standing idle costs money every day it stands. We carry that cost for one reason: a plant committed to your package does not get moved to somebody else's, and a breakdown is our repair bill rather than a variation on your contract. Six plants stand in six places, so the answer is sometimes a date instead of a yes.
