A plant on your site, run by our people, with one firm answerable for what leaves it. You buy tonnes and a weighed docket. The machine and everything that goes wrong with it stay ours.
Nothing leaves a crusher that was not drilled, blasted and carried to the hopper first. Each of those jobs is sold on its own as well, because plenty of clients already have a plant and want only the drilling, or only the tippers. What is not on the list is paving. We stop at the road head.
Shot rock in at one end. GSB, WMM and clean 40, 20 and 10mm chips out at the other. Three stages at 250 to 350 TPH, and a sieve result that holds load after load.
Loaded at our plants, hauled on our own tippers, tipped at your road head. One rate per tonne delivered, with a weighbridge docket riding on every load.
Bare ground to a working face: overburden off, benches cut, rock down and moving. Twenty excavators, and crews who have opened a face before rather than read about it.
Ten rigs with compressor backing. Every hole collared where the pattern puts it, drilled to the depth and inclination the pattern asks for, and logged.
Shotfirers who hold licences, a design worked out for the bench actually standing there, and a vibration reading filed for every round fired. Rock broken, nothing else.
Grubbing, cutting, filling, sub-grade and rolling. A formation handed over at the level on the drawing and the density in the specification, with the test results behind it.
Fifty-five tippers, low-bed trailers and drivers on our own payroll. Material from face to plant to road head, and the plant itself from one state to the next.
